The building is located in the British zone and was built in the 70s during the great expansion of Benidorm. The public areas of the building have been regularly refurbished but the time came to make a full renovation to upgrade the hotel from 3 star to 4.
The facade is one of the most iconical features of its pink glass balcony railings over the white walls in perfect harmony with the ever blue sky. The once monotone rhythm of angled balconies now loses its stiffness becoming an appealing, fresh and funny icon that resembles Miami or California beach hotels.
Regarding indoors, the aisles are designed with a boat-like look with cabin doors. For the rooms the goal of a fresh and bright atmosphere is accomplished due to a variety of linings. Light colour woods and wallpaper, closet doors and furniture are finished with textile looking materials to get that refined but yet cosy mediterranean style. A series of surfing pictures help give this vacational and beach ambiance.
